This essay describes the ethics and diversity program that Brown helped develop and deliver from 1993 to 1997.  The essay appeared in the book, International Business Ethics, edited by Kumar & Steinmann, New York: Walter de Gruyter, Berlin and New York,1998.

"Corporations and Cities: An Ethical Approach"
In this paper, Brown argues that corporations have an obligation not to prevent and sometimes to assist cities in their efforts to achieve their mission.  The paper was first presented at the meeting of the Association for Applied Ethics in Buenos Aires, Argentina, August, 1999. It also appeared in the April/May, 1999 issue of Empresa, in Spanish.
